Joanna is a photographer, tour leader, paragliding pilot, diving instructor, sea kayak guide and avid nature enthusiast. She has lived and traveled extensively in Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Having served in the military has equipped her with resilience , strength and confidence.
Joanna has had her photos published by National Geographic and was also a laureate of NG’s “Development in Lenses” competition. She has received top placings in various national and international photography competitions (including winning Nikon’s “10 years together” competition).
Her skills are not only confined to traditional photography but also to aerial/drone and underwater videography. She frequently dives in the frigid waters exploring marine scapes that most can only imagine.
Currently she lives at the Gold Coast where she works as an event / adventure photographer and pursues lifelong dreams of becoming a unit still photographer on movie sets.
Recently she worked with Brisbane Festival, SWELL, Gold Coast Air Show, Boat Show, Bleach, Big City Lights and CISCO conference.
